We were stripped of the choice to move and socialize freely indeed that has done alot of damage. I totally agree. Things have starting to get better a little. But it's going to take awhile before we can get back to the old life styles.

Taking notes is always a good idea 💡 whatever your are doing. It will give you a broader idea of the scenario. You will not miss any major or minor details. You can always go back to your notes if you are confused or miss out something. But again the privacy of the notes will have to be integrated. So only you can access them

Agreed. Pandemic has changed a lot. All this chaos and isolations has deteriorated people's mental health. Everyone is struggling in some ways. But things have started to change slowly now. I hope in some time we will go back to our old Covid free life and will socialize freely. 😔

I feel like depression is a web and you get untangled in it knowing that things are getting worse but you can't get better. It hits you on different phases. Some days are better than others. Managing depression is challenging but you can do it with persistence and will power. Medical help is important. Therapies have good effects. Meditation ( deep breathing when you are feeling overwhelmed) Writing your bizarre thoughts in your journal to get it out of your head. Talking to people who understand, talking to friends, siblings. You can change your place, like if you are sitting a room go to another one. Go in nature, take a walk. So you can distract your thoughts. Listening to music, watching a sit com, reading a book. Cleaning, cooking. Yoga helps too. These are somethings i do 😊 when it hits me.

I agree with Daniel here, hair play a useful part in toxicology. Many drugs can be tested from hair. Also hair are also a source of DNA. If certain number of hair are extracted from a crime scene it can send to the lab for DNA testing which will play a huge role in finding the perp's identity or to exonerate a suspect.

Very important. Healthy and positive social relationships are major factors for a person's good mental health. There is alot of research on this very topic. Having good, healthy, positive relationships in one's life is the cause of happiness and peace of the heart. In hard times it's always said to surround yourself with good people and to have positive social interactions with your friends and family to help improve the mental health.
