Interesting article, thanks for sharing @Adeeba Tariq. A bit more on the spiritual side for me, so I find it a bit disappointing that it's not backed by data. I would love to see some more info on how all this is applicable to practice.
I feel that nowadays ageing is even more problematic, considering the pressure to look young and attractive. Perhaps in a way, the focus has shifted from fear of dying to fear of looking old.
Still, Jungian psychology always makes a great and deep read.
