Zoë Kravitz rose to fame for her role in Big Little Lies and most recently played Selina Kyle in The Batman. Zoë has been very open about what her recent role means to her. She sometimes had mental health issues and sometimes that meant she was afraid to take the place she deserved. This made Zoë feel like she was playing a strong and complex character in The Batman.
One of the psychological challenges Zoë has faced has to do with her confidence and her body image. Specifically, Zoë began battling an eating disorder when she was 13 years old.
As an adult, she often felt that she had to look a certain way to be accepted in Hollywood. Zoë reminds herself, as well as her fans and viewers, that she's not on screen to look pretty. Furthermore, filming during the pandemic has also affected her mental health.
Zoë sometimes struggles to stay healthy while she is in top shape for her characters. She believes that beauty comes from within and is part of one's attitude towards the world.
She sees both her diet and her exercise as a form of self-care, but she's also careful not to mentally overdo it. Here's what she does to feel better inside and out:
Zoe Kravitz Diet
Zoë grew up in what she describes as a "hippie" household. Her family was vegan and she ate a lot of vegetables, fruits, and other plant-based foods.
Zoë isn't exactly on that diet today. One of her favorite dishes is even an egg! However, she still wants to be very aware of what she puts into her body and where her food comes from. She occasionally eats processed foods, but she avoids them as much as possible. Also, she doesn't eat a lot of meat.
As you can see, Zoë likes to eat out. She's a busy woman who doesn't have much time to cook anyway! Finding healthy meals in restaurants can be difficult, but she likes to choose places that emphasize quality ingredients and lots of vegetables.

What Zoë eats for breakfast
Zoë likes to start the day with a cup of tea. She usually makes chai tea with almond milk and honey, but she also likes matcha. She has a cup of coffee once in a while, but she drinks less than when she was young. Usually, she drinks at least three cups of chai during the day.
Your ideal breakfast consists of toast, avocado and eggs. But she also makes quinoa bowls for breakfast. She sometimes adds eggs, avocado and sriracha to her bowls. She sometimes sticks to kale and squash, which her mother made for breakfast when she was growing up.
She likes to eat out when she gets the chance and often chooses vegan restaurants. Some of her favorites are Souen and Cafe Magador. She also loves dosa sandwiches for breakfast at Hampton Chutney Co.
Zoë takes the following supplements daily: fish oil, vitamin B, vitamin D, and a probiotic.
What Zoë eats for lunch
One of the most important things to Zoë is that she eats a lot of steamed fruits and vegetables, and she often makes sure to include them in her lunch as well. One of her favorite places for a healthy and tasty meal is on Lovely Day in Manhattan. There, she could have ordered hers salad with wild arugula, baby greens, crisp brussels sprouts, apples, cashews, avocado, and miso-agave-ginger vinaigrette.
From time to time, Zoë craves junk food like McDonald's. She doesn't shy away from the occasional treat, but she really prefers to stick to foods that make her body feel good.
What Zoë eats for dinner
For dinner, Zoë likes both Thai food and sushi. She likes to dine out and one of her favorite restaurants in New York is Brooklyn's Shalon Japan, a restaurant that combines Japanese and Jewish cuisine. At Shalom Japan, she might order Sesame Temomi Mazemen, which is served with shiitake mushrooms and a soy-marinated egg.

When she's craving a quick snack, Zoë likes to have something with chocolate or peanut butter.
Among friends, Zoë likes to drink wine, whiskey or sake. She's not a big fan of sugary drinks!
Detox for 30 days
Zoë believes that good skin, hair, good posture, and overall beauty start from within. Somehow she thinks confidence, trust and positivity make all the difference! But she also focuses on the well-being of her stomach.
Every year, Zoë and her mom do Dr. Shultz's 30-Day Detox. The cleanse focuses on foods that are good for the gut, liver, kidneys, and gallbladder.
When doing rehab, Dr. Shutlz makes sure to set aside at least one week a year to eat raw, natural foods. She believes that she helps her body process everything she eats throughout the year. In fact, she calls it a vacation for your gut. :)
Zoë Kravitz Training Program
Zoë has always been on top of her game and still loves to incorporate exercise into her everyday life. She even likes to work out in the morning so she doesn't run out of exercise. :) Despite her great shape, Zoë still had to spend about two months in London to train and prepare for her role in The Batman. Speaking of commitment!
These are some of the exercises that Zoë does regularly:
cardio training exercises
Zoë doesn't like to overcomplicate her cardio training. When the weather permits, she likes to go for walks and she is also an avid runner. But if she doesn't like either of those options, she also uses ellipticals at the gym for about 30 minutes. I've found that if she keeps her workouts simple, it can be easier to be consistent. :)
After a cardio session, Zoë likes to take a shower or a steam room. She finds them relaxing!
In addition to scheduled cardio sessions, Zoë is on her feet most of the day. She lives in New York City and walks or takes public transportation to most places. Incorporating walking into her daily life can make a noticeable difference in her health. For example, if she can, she might consider walking to the grocery store or to see a friend. :)
body-building
Zoë usually likes to reserve the gym for the elliptical. When she wants to build muscle and muscle, she prefers to do it at home without a trainer. Sport is “my time” for Zoë, which is why she likes to do it alone.
At home, she focuses on resistance training, such as B. Basic movements to strengthen the legs. She also makes sure to do regular stretches at home.
