1- A permanent feeling of injustice suffered, especially after each punishment seeking to commit more serious crimes than the previous ones to accept the unfair punishment already suffered so it becomes fair enough since the new crime is more severe
2- A phobic personality forced to confront with what causes him the phobia whatever this phobia is (social, a simple phobia or as a psychosis one or even from an insect ) forcing him to commit a crime to protect himself as a legal self defense
3) An hyper guilty person who feels too culpable unable to forgive himself and following a depressive feeling of desperation and incapacity to change (especially the obsessive personalities) falls into recidivism to find a certain remedy for her guilt by the punishment limit.
In other words :
1- a personality who finds the punishment unfair and seeks justice by more significant crimes
2- or a phobic personality seeking to save himself by the crime as legal self-defence 3- or an obsessive personality unable to forgive himself who seeks punishment and therefore recidivism.
