How can we tolerate eternal stress in a closed environment dominated by an eternal void?
In a time when waiting for nothing is eternal, exactly a dead time everyday?
Like when you're in prison but sentenced to life...
What strategy should be followed to live in peace or at least die in peace?
You can read through this pdf to learn how people in similar situations have learned How to look after their mental health in prison.
yes you are certainly right about your perception to prison in general which should be a place for rehabilitation
but my problem is with the sentenced to life that mean rehabilitation will have no effect here because the person will not be out one day and for this case I am asking how to tolerate this kind of waiting
It's inhumane to put people in prison like chickens in cages. I believe prisons should work as rehabilitation centers.
So, your question is "How can one tolerate it"?
It depends on person, because everyone has different mind set. Some offenders go zen in Prison and some become aggressive to release frustration.
Proper therapy and fine food can help prisoners to live a reasonable life.
I mean, obviously it's an extremely difficult situation to tolerate. I believe it's inhumane and no one really can be at peace with it. But filling time and mindfulness probably help.
