Yes, PTSD exhibit it self different in women. Although men are at high risks but women suffer from trauma alot than men. Like sexual assault at young age, rape etc. Trauma can leads to having PTSD.
@John. T Women gets easily startled than men,when they are suffering from PTSD. One more symptom is also common in women is avoidance of thought related to trauma, avoiding place that is associated with trauma.
