Normal, pathological or criminal

How can we differentiate the modern criminal from a normal person.

First of all I would like to say by modern criminal these smart , rich and elegant people with the white collar that everyone respects

and who, unlike the traditional criminal, do not frighten their victim, do not need aggression to steal, to kill, to enter other people's homes to disrupt their privacy and to cause any kind of pain.

And who on the other hand apparently have no personality disorder, are not diagnosed neither psychotic nor schizophrenic and Who finally and above all have a high IQ and are often gifted.

So what factors contributed to make this criminal?

Are there internal factors not underlined by psychology or criminology?

Or does globalization encourage anyone to do anything, including crime, especially with the speed, anonymity and openness of this universal village which reminds us "the broken window".
