Psychopaths don't take things personally; they don't beat themselves up if things go wrong, even if they're to blame. And they're pretty cool under pressure. Those kinds of characteristics aren't just important in the business arena, but also in everyday life.

Well, those are actually true this is why documentary films and other experts describe known psychopaths as charismatic and having high IQ compared to other people. They are generally likeable and mostly manipulative, which are really an advantage for most professions. Their little to no regard for the consequences of their actions make them more likely to take risks and to try things that most people won't do. Of course this is not to say that being psychopath would eventually lead to criminal behavior because some studies mentioned that with the proper environment and upbringing, it is possible for them to lead a normal and successful life.
