How to communicate with Google or Facebook for example when an issue is related to what the criminal had published there and since no way to give the victim his right without collaboration with these companies even when we have a decision from the national Court ?
I'm very much interested in the field of computer forensics. I picked up a great book from Amazon on certain processes for analyzing systems in a forensic fashion.
Though, as regards to the specific way in which cybercrime finds its place within the criminal system depends on location etc. But I would be very interested in learning more but don't have any law books which deal with the subject alone.
There are courses provided by bodies such as The Open University which provide courses as part of degrees in cybersecurity etc.
To learn this field one needs to be familiar with tech and the way computer systems function (operating systems) etc as well as how information is stored and file types.
Though all of the above is if you want to 'be' a forensic investigator whose focus is on IT systems.
