Many social and cultural factors lead to aggressive behavior in our patients suffering from schizophrenia so besides facilitating a highly supportive, empathic, and encouraging counseling relationship, treatment will include psychosocial interventions this may include
individual therapy in which the patient will learn to cope with his thoughts pattern and identify early warning signs of relapse.
Along with this family, therapy provides support and education to families and will tell them how to deal with schizophrenic patients.
Provide them with coping and support as coping with a mental disorder as serious as schizophrenia can be challenging, both for the person with the condition and for friends and family so with the help of this we will give education about schizophrenia, help the client to stay focus and control his behavior.
Next will be a type of psychotherapy i.e. cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) which can help the client change their thinking and behavior. A therapist will show them ways to deal with voices and hallucinations
