Have you ever experienced a panic attack?
I've read a lot about panic attacks, I've seen people having them in front of my eyes and always tried to learn more and more about it, but I hadn't experienced one until recently.
I can say that knowing about it VS experiencing it is a totally different thing.
Anyone who can relate?
I'm writing this post to see if there are people who might need to hear about my experience, the consequences and the way I deal with it and might find it helpful.

I did. I have had 7-8 panic attacks at different stages of my life. They started after I lost my best friend in an accident and later after having troubles in my relationship. I had hit rock bottom. I got help from meds and therapy too. I got indulged in physical exercises, started to write a journal, kept my self busy with work. Talked to my friends when I felt low. I'm much much better now, made a lot of progress. I had my last panic attack 4 months ago after almost 9 months.
