I tend to believe that all mental health conditions have roots in trauma. What is your perspective on this statement? What can actually happen in the brain to cause the expansion of a mental illness?
I tend to agree. I think with how formative the first few years of life are for development, many people have trauma that stems from before they can remember.
I don't think so, other factors are in play too like hereditary, Substance abuse, infections and some brain defects can cause mental illness.
Sometimes even poverty leads to mental illness.
