How we should deal with stress other than acts like doing sports, cooking, reading and etc. What should we tell ourselves? For example currently I am stressed about my finals. What comforts me is that I tell myself this will be over one day and I would be free of exam stress. How do you deal with your own stress?

Avoid procrastination as much as you can and focus on your studies; clear your concepts. Replace junk food with healthy food. Get enough sleep.
A well rested brain can do wonders.
In the end, just remember your finals will be over. You will be free as a bird.
I think what matters so much is the words we tell ourselves and the meaning you give to them. Let's say you are about to have a really busy day and you are starting to feel a little bit nervous about it.
You could tell yourself that you are feeling OVERWHELMED and the intensity and the meaning of that word will surely make the day hard and overwhelming. But if you told yourself that you are about to have a really productive day and that you are excited about it, it could change your whole perception and you'll surely be more energetic and cheerful.
So, watch your words! And let me know what you 🙌😇
You may find so many tips over the internet, but whether those tips help or not is uncertain. The core answer is to declutter your mind and life and keep your aura clean. The most effective way to do so is through meditation!
Honestly, I can relate and in situations like that, I just try to put in my best and not worry too much. It’s easier said than done but you just have to try. Making and implementing realistic plans that can help to eliminate uncertainties can also be helpful. When you are able to eliminate some uncertainties, it easier to predict how everything will turn out, so, you don’t have to worry too much.
