It all starts from the way we think and react to life situations. Training your mind can lead to good mental health which helps in boosting self esteem, self confidence, satisfying relationships. When you have good mental health it helps you make better and responsible life choices and decisions. Unfortunately teenagers and young adults have not been taught how to positively train their minds or to seek help when they are going through difficult times. This has resulted in sky rocketing numbers of suicide cases. This is a cry for help.

I agree that the way we speak to ourselves matters so much. But we need to be aware and constantly catch ourselves when we are thinking or speaking negatively about a situation or especially about ourselves and not to punish or blame ourselves but just to be aware and say to ourselves - okay this way of thinking won't make me feel good, what can I say to myself instead, or what can I learn from this.
From my personal experience, I used to call myself dumb when I fail or do not know the answer of something. Then I realized that it makes me feel even worse and more confused when I name myself like that and decided to use more helpful and loving words. So now when such thing happens to me I just tell myself: okay we are learning, here's a place where we can get better and I get excited about it instead of judging myself. Also the question: What can I learn from this and how can I get better?" helps so much.
So yeah, start small and easy, one word at a time ❤️
It is not necessarily a process but it's practicing being positive, see yourself in a positive way. It won't happen over night. You will have to make it a habit that when you wake up for example you say some positive affirmations to yourself and about yourself, repeat the process at noon and at night before bad. Make sure you are consistent as well. It gets to a point where by your brain is now used ( you will start saying it with you even realizing it that's how deep those affirmations must be rooted in you) and you start manifesting it in the physical, You become what you say to yourself. I am not sure if you have heard this famous saying " the power of the tongue" . When a problem or a challenge comes do not see it as a challenge or a problem but instead as a take it as an opportunity to learn. I'm sure we have all experienced a point when a challenge came and we didn't know what to do, or how to handle it but as time went on everything was solved mysteriously and you even forgot about it after many sleepless nights of worrying and stressing .
When such a situation happens again it is important to not beat yourself about it. Start telling yourself that everything is going to be alright and everything is going to be solved. In conclusion I would say once we start training our minds in this positive and light channel we can tackle some of the mental health issues we are facing today.
So, how can we train our mind. Is their any process? I am curious to know about this.
