thank you for this. I belief taking an honest inventory of fears is important as a lot of people react out of imaginary fears. Always asking: is it true? Is there evidence? How do you know?
Mindfulness practices and tapping to handle emotions that come up are a great way to keep the focus while working on difficult emotions. Any form of “staying grounded” is also helpful (worry stones, floor poses in yoga like child’s pose, and earthing can help).
