Anger transference is a pretty common psychological defense mechanism which is scientifically called "displacement" and it means shifting the impulse from the original source to another which is less threatening. We can often recognize it in our everyday life: The parent who got angry at work and shouted at the child who did nothing wrong, the teacher who came to school angry because of a fight with her spouse and shouted at her students etc .. And yeah, the cycle can keep going exactly as it's shown on the picture until someone breaks it by taking a deep breath, letting go of that negative energy and realizing that it has nothing to do them and most importantly by not taking it personally.
