Nice to see some evidence and peer review behind it too. Can see the next-gen of therapy being a hybrid of CBT-ACT. Learning to observe and hold the negative feeling can seem incredibly counter-intuitive. Although one of the lessons of the UCLA app in mindfulness, pointed out, by observing the feeling within oneself allows one to essentially contain the feeling.
