Self-care, Yoga and being social. In fact, it is proven that isolation is one of the leading causes of stress and it's also one of the leading causes of addiction. We give each other oxytocin just by looking into the eyes of another human being, without this interaction we can feel isolated from society and therefore lack altruism and selfless acts of love and service to others, and the world and become warped into our own minds creating selfish behaviors such as addiction to cope with stress.
