Generally, roles such as banking etc offer a unique way to employ psychopathic traits and these individuals are usually very good at getting ahead. Though because of the lack of genuine emotions and lack of empathy, they cause more problems in a team-based environment.
Other problems involve the boredom psychopaths face and the extreme actions they need to take to generate any real excitement. You can see how taking big risks within a financial setting could be great but also devastating.
