What do you feel is the biggest issue in criminal justice?

I agree with Emily, I thnk that drug laws are also outdated and legalisation of some drugs would assist in the overcrowding of prisons.

Experiments such as the one shown in Portugal seems to demonstrate that some amount of decriminalisation would ahve a substantial effect on crime.
