I would just like to add to what hoagie30_ said, signs also include impulsivity, lack of empathy or guilt, and antisocial behavior. They are also frequently pathological liars and have an inflated sense of self-worth.
They usually show signs of superficial charm, high intelligence, poor judgement and failure to learn from experiences. They also cannot feel or understand basic human emotions and will try to mimic them in situations where they feel like it’s appropriate.
@Isreal.O Nothing will change unless they are aware and accept the fact that they have a personality disorder. If that occurs, the best remedy is consistent therapy, being educated on how their brain functions, and use resources to combat their psychopathic tendencies. Anyone with a personality disorder or mood disturbance cannot get rid of their disorder so it’s really important that they are aware of who they are and how it affects their day to day life.
