According to my understanding, the military court system has been overwhelmed with the rising mental health issues and required forensic psychologists to assist with mental and criminal situations. So the question comes to my mind, Is there a link between increased military crimes and anti-social and high-risk behaviors resulting from mental health issues?

@Vera Eftimovska very informative and thank you dear
Interesting question @tayyaba Shahzadi. Here is an article by Psychology today that dives into more details - https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/in-the-public-interest/202008/forensic-psychology-mental-illness-and-military-crimes
It states that a large part of the population that served in OIF and OEF "has experienced mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, traumatic brain injury, and PTSD. The significant rise in mental illness has completely saturated the military healthcare and justice systems over the last 20 years."
The data suggests that indeed the rise in military crimes is linked to anti-social and high-risk behaviours because of mental health concerns. The tendency to engage in unhealthy drinking, illicit drug use, and criminal behaviour has been significantly high during deployment.
