I don't believe so. Forensic psychology will take into account just the psychology of criminal behaviour perhaps with some classes with a brief overview of law but that would be short.
Psychology with an overview of the legal system will probably be a class. For instance in my BSc, I've had a look over the future modules and can't even find mention of the law as a standalone project though this might be different when a Phd is being studied.
Online I've noticed that often one can do a dual degree with forensic psychology/law being an option.
Even if it's not required a basic understanding is always a good thing so a student could always balance the syllabus they are learning with some autodidactic study.
