Hello, i want to know about ways to handle depression because of hormonal imbalance and PCOS/PCOD in women.
They say the stress is very bad for pcos, also having pcos means you have hormonal imbalance and alot of stress Hormones in your body.
It's interrelated.
Any advice about how to deal with pcos depression and stress?

Exercise : PCOS tend to make patients obese. Exercising not only make you lose weight but also produce endorphins. Endorphins are happy hormones and can change your mood.
Therapy: Cognitive behavioural therapy can help you alot. It helps you recognise negative patterns and teaches you to modify them.
Support groups: Joining them can be helpful to you. It will give you a chance to meet people who are in the same boat with you and how they are handling it.
Medication: Antidepressants can be used to treat depression. But sometimes they can cause increase weight. So, it is not recommended.
